Hello,
My iPhone 5 will not download apps. When I click an app from the app store, after clicking "install" on the app, in justa few seconds the status of the app changes from "install" back to "get". I have a good wifi connection. Please advise, I have a good wifi connection and can browse to the Internet and App store fine.

Before you start
Before downloading and installing apps on your iPhone, you may need your Apple ID Password. In this guide the Skype App is used as an example. You can navigate around in the App Store to find other apps.

Select App Store

Select the Search bar

Enter the app name and select Search

Scroll down to find more search results.

Select INSTALL

Select Use Existing Apple ID

Enter your Apple ID username and password and select OK

Installing and using apps from App Store
Want to download new apps from App Store? It's easy, but remember you need to set up your mobile phone for internet and activate your Apple ID on your mobile phone before you can use this function.
Key in the name of the required app and tap Search.
To install a free app:
Tap FREE.
To buy an app:
Tap the price.
Tap BUY.
If you're asked to log on to App Store, do this.
Follow the instructions on the display to install the app.
The installed app is now available from the main menu.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
