But now I'm playing it again since my phone broke and I really need something to rewind at, however I keep trying to remove the game from my Facebook, but no matter how much I do this, nothing happens. I was quite young back then and I just kept doing so and so, now my game is unmanageable with tons of dragons and declining space. I'm so frustrated with my current game so I want to completely reset my progress and start from zero. Even when I downloaded this game a long time ago, I tried to reset the game but nothing happened. It's a stupid idea on the devs part to not add a reset button, some people would want to reset their games! Unfortunately, we do not have a reset feature inside the game.This ensures that users do not lose their progress accidentally and you can continue where you left off. Then reinstall the game. Play the tutorial and when you can connect to facebook choose the new game instead of your old one. @shadow-Wolf92 If you don’t have the game linked to Facebook, you run the risk of losing you data. Support will not be able to assis if you should you ever have a problem with your game. They use Facebook servers to store your data. If you can’t take the heat, don’t tickle the dragon! If you have your DC linked to a facebook account already there is no way to start over. You can send in a ticket to support to ask them to reset you but there is no guarantee that they will do it. However if you have not linked your game to a facebook account, you can just go to your settings, then your apps then the game. Click on storage and first clear your data. I would suggest also uninstalling the game, turning off your device for a few minutes and then reinstalling it. I am a collector not a fighter, need I say more? I suggest you send in a ticket to support and ask if they can reset your game. They may or may not do it but if they do it is a one time thing so be sure of what you want. Trying to disconnect my sons FB from a dragon city account that is NOT his and connect it to his actual game. Not sure what to do, it just keeps trying to load someone elses game. I read the other questions people were asking and tried to follow the answers they had said, i deleted the data from my facebook and my google play games then i deleted the game but when i redownload it, it says that it wants to load a previous version, then on my ipad i try to connect it to facebook but it says "error you all ready have an acount connected if you want to change account please change here" i dont want to change account i want to delete that stupid phone account. i wont to fully delete my android account so that i can connect my better account. You can only do this by connecting them to two different facebook accounts. If your ios game is already attached to a facebook account, just choose change player on your android device, pick the facebook option and then log in with the facebook account which is attached to your ios game. If your iOS game is not attached to a Facebook account. On your ios device attach it to a Facebook account then go to your android device and follow the change player options above. If you connected your facebook account to your android version first then that facebook account is attached to that game account forever. You can only connect your ios game to a different Facebook account. FYI you can NEVER delete any attached game from the iOS, google or facebook servers. Anyone who says differently is incorrect. Perhaps you misunderstood them giving instructions on how to delete the game data from your device thinking that would remove it from the servers. I am a collector not a fighter, need I say more?
