Symptoms or Error
In RDP and ICA Session , we observed the error No remote desktop license server is available. Remote desktop services will stop working in 60 days if the computer does not contact at least a valid Windows server 2016 license server.
The error message is common to citrix ICA and RDP session

Solution
This is caused due to RDP license issue, we recommend to contact Microsoft support
