Virtual desktop vs oculus link image quality

Well, here is whats going to happen. Link is going to just be a glorified power cable so i can have longer play sessions in virtual desktop. Because the graphics through my Link cable through steam vr suck! I just can not figure out why Link is So distorted and blurry, but Virtual desktop can be clear and awesome.. Just a head scratcher. I wonder if it has something to do with the oculus software itself.. Virtual desktop launches through the games tab. Oculus Link desktop inside the headset is clear. It only gets blurry going into steam] If I have oculus home enabled then it gets stutters. Its almost like the rendering or transition between oculus software and steam is broken. I do appreciate the assistance PITTCANNA. Just hoping there is a toggle switch somewhere i am overlooking. Maybe someone else has this issue?

Link home inside the Quest 2 is clear, but running steam apps through Link is blurry and not clear. I can adjust the Resolution slider inside steam, but then things dont clear up, it gets liquidy and brings stutters. Steam VR Home is stuttery.

Everything through Virtual desktop is Clear and smooth. Virtual Desktop is running @ 72Hz, High, and auto adjust bitrate. Some of the games i run are, Fallout 4VR, Into the Radius. Half Life Alyx, and Zero Caliber. I can leave settings on High in the games. I have to Turn TAA filtering off otherwise things get muddy textures and i cant see past the end of my nose. All those games run butter smooth through Virtual Desktop but Link is a no go. Same settings.
