YouTube playlist shuffle fix

I am also having this same issue. I hear a handful of songs on myplaylist over and over instead of getting to shuffle through the whole list. Is there anyone we can contact about this? Not going to keep paying for a feature that doesnt work.

Furthermore, the first known report on the issue was posted by W Skin, and that happened about 7 months ago. And up till now, Google hasnt been able to release a fix to address the bug. Also, we noticed that YouTube users are facing two different issues with the shuffle playlist feature. First, even though you have several songs on your playlist, the YouTube Shuffle Playlist only works for the first 20 to 30 songs. Apart from that, another issue with the feature is that it plays a particular song, over and over again.

For now, its still unclear why Google hasnt yet fixed the bug affecting the shuffle playlist feature.
