I have multiple usb devices I'd like to plug into my laptop, but my laptop usb ports are broken. Is there any converters or anything I can use to plug usb devices into different ports?

USB is the port that can be used for multiple functions. All the others are inputs or outputs that can only do one thing. No adapters can help. A good repair tech could maybe fix the USB port on the laptop. I suspect that your laptop is pretty old if it only has one USB port so maybe time to replace it.

If thats all you have, then you're out of luck until you get that USB port fixed.
None of those can be used or adapted to "USB".
