Issue Details

When I open Vision Assistant, I receive an error pop-up stating the following:

Vision Assistant requires a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768. or Vision Assistant requires a minimum screen resolution of 1152x864.

However, my computer is set to this screen resolution. Why do I receive this error?

Solution

The usable screen area must be the size displayed in the error message, not just the resolution of the monitor. Therefore, there are four possible reasons that you could get this error.

• Actual screen resolution If you are using an older monitor, or a monitor that does not support a resolution high enough to run the Vision Assistant. Use the monitor with required minimum display resolution.
• Available screen space If your screen resolution is set to the minimum required value, any toolbar that takes up pixels will actually cause the available screen size to be less than the minimum. Toolbars, such as the Windows Toolbar or Microsoft Office toolbar can cause Vision Assistant to not open. Auto-hiding the Windows Toolbar and/or Exit the Microsoft Office Toolbar may be necessary in order for Vision Assistant to run.
• Use of Windows Magnifier If you are using the Windows Magnifier feature in Windows, the screen size may be improperly reported to Vision Assistant, which may trigger this error. Please turn off the Magnifier and try again.
• Scale and layout change If you set Change the size of text, apps, and other items in Windows higher than 100%, depending on the original monitor screen resolution, mentioned error may appear. Set Scale and Layout setting to 100% in order for Vision Assistant to run.

Additional Information

This error can trigger the missing .bin file error in all the versions of Vision Assistant

Độ phân giải màn hình của mình đã để mức cao nhất là 1366x768, nhưng mỗi lần mở Adobe Premiere lên thì cứ hiện bảng Screen Resolution như sau:

"Your screen resolution is below the minimum required 1024 x 768. Please increase your screen resolution or adjust the DPI scaling setting in your Display preference to a smaller size"

Khởi động máy lại, thậm chí mình cũng update card màn hình luôn mà vẫn không dc. Mong các bạn giúp đỡ !

  màn hình của bạn tinh thể lỏng hay màn hình cũ xưa vậy. nếu màn hình cũ xưa thì bạn nên để 1024x768 là đúng còn màn hình tinh thể lỏng đời mới thì 1680x1050 . còn nếu không được nửa thì drive card màn hình bị lổi rồi bạn cần phải cài lại card màn hình > "Độ phân giải màn hình của bạn thấp hơn 1024x768 yêu cầu tối thiểu. Hãy tăng độ phân giải màn hình của bạn hoặc điều chỉnh các thiết lập DPI rộng ưu tiên hiển thị của bạn đến một kích thước nhỏ hơn"

Bạn kiểm tra lại độ phân giải thử để ở mức 1024x768 xem sao
