Spotify Duo playlist not showing up

Thousands of Spotify users are sharing their most-listened to songs and artists of 2021.

The streaming service has revealed users' top artists, genres, songs, and podcasts and the minutes listened throughout the year.

Spotify has also launched a 'personalised experience' with several new features including 'Your Audio Aura' which visualise your audio aura based on your top two music moods.

But some users have reported difficulties when trying to access the app.

Eligible users can access their Wrapped experience in the Spotify mobile app on iOS and Android.

But if you're having trouble finding your Wrapped, we have some tips.

Here is how you can access your Spotify Wrapped

1. Open the Spotify app
2. Click on the 'Your 2021 Wrapped' banner on the home screen to access your Wrapped playlist.
3. If you can't find the banner type 'Wrapped' in the search bar and you should see the banner.
4. Tap on the banner.
5. This will launch the Spotify Wrapped 'story' where you can view customised statistics.
6. To share your Wrapped on social media platforms, click on the 'Share this story' button.

Why is my Spotify Wrapped not working?

If youre unable to see Wrapped on the iOS or Android app, go to spotify.com/wrapped on a mobile browser to access your list.

Make sure that Spotify is logged in and installed on your phone first.
