Georgia has created a special license not available in all states. If you intend to work for a broker by performing community association managment (CAM) duties, rather than taking the complete seventy five hour sales agent pre-license course, try the twenty five hour CAM pre-license course.

The CAM pre-license course is twenty five hours in length, and includes a school administered final examination that is required prior to certification to take the state licensing examination.
