EMI means the format used for exchange of Telecommunications message information among Telecommunications Carriers. It is referenced in the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions [ATIS] document that defines industry guidelines for the exchange of message records.

RDSO means the President of the Republic of India or the Administrative Officers of the RDSO or of the successor RDSO authorised to deal with any matters which these presents as concerned on his behalf.

RSMML or “COMPANY” shall mean “Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Limited,” having its registered office at C - 89-90, Lal Kothi Scheme, Jaipur [Rajasthan] 302 015, and Corporate Office at 4, Meera Marg, Udaipur [Rajasthan] including its successors in office and assignees or its representatives authorized to act on its behalf for the purpose of contract.

SDSL or "Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the bi-directional transmission from up to 160 kbps to 2.048 Mbps on a single pair. "VDSL" or "Very High Speed Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the transmission of up to 52 Mbps downstream [from the Central Office to the End User Customer] and up to 2.3 Mbps digital signal upstream [from the End User Customer to the Central Office]. VDSL can also be 26 Mbps symmetrical, or other combination.

LAN means a local area network that is a logical computer network that spans a relatively small area.

Digital Wallet means any electronic payment system which stores your Digital Card for the purposes of carrying out Transactions.

AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

OTA means of or relating to online travel agents that aggregate accommodation information and rates and the allow for users to directly make reservations [but excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any [meta] search engines and travel websites and sites that redirect users to third party reservation systems].

MOT means the Borrower’s Ministry of Transport, and any successor thereto.

RN means a registered nurse.

kWs means kilowatt second.

Bin means a bin, tank, interstice, or other container in a warehouse in which bulk grain may be stored.

SCAQMD means the South Coast Air Quality Management District, a part of the California Air Resources Board, which is responsible for the regulation of air quality in the State of California.

AOL means America Online, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Switch means a switching device employed by a Carrier within the Public Switched Network. Switch includes but is not limited to End Office Switches, Tandem Switches, Access Tandem Switches, Remote Switching Modules, and Packet Switches. Switches may be employed as a combination of End Office/Tandem Switches. "Switched Access Service" means the offering of transmission and switching services to Interexchange Carriers for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll service. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 8XX access, and 900 access and their successors or similar Switched Access Services. "Switched Access Traffic" is traffic that originates at one of the Party's End User Customers and terminates at an IXC Point of Presence, or originates at an IXC Point of Presence and terminates at one of the Party's End User Customers, whether or not the traffic transits the other Party's network.

Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

BAT means Best Available Techniques, as defined in Regulation 3 of the PPC Regulations.

TAC means Texas Administrative Code.

MCA means the Maritime and Coastguard Agency;

Wallet means Apple’s application that has the ability to store and display Passes for use on iOS Products, Apple Watch, or Safari on macOS.

ADI means an institution that is an authorized deposit-taking institution under the Australian Banking Act and regulated as such by APRA;

Cu means copper.

Exchangeco has the meaning ascribed thereto in the introductory paragraph;

LEI means a legal entity identifier;

CSD means the Issuer’s central securities depository and registrar in respect of the Bonds, from time to time, initially Euroclear Sweden AB, Swedish Reg. No. 556112-8074,P.O. Box 191, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden.
